Mexico immigration agency fires top officials amid reports of collusion with kidnappers

Mexican authorities fired seven regional directors of the country's immigration agency Thursday after allegations that its officers in northern Mexico had delivered Central American migrants to kidnapping gangs.

Commissioner Salvador Beltran del Rio described the firings as part of a wider effort to weed out corruption at the National Institute of Migration, or INM, the agency that enforces Mexico's immigration laws. Mexican officials have pledged to fight armed groups that kidnap migrants to extort money or recruit them for drug trafficking.

These are "allegations" mind you, but these are drastic actions to take for merely idle rumors. An agency that has pledged to fight against kidnappers and extortionists finds some of them possibly within their own ranks.

I am not sure there has been a final body count from the mass grave site found in the northern area of the country. These people were reportedly taken off buses travelling through the areas to be recruited for the narco teams, or die apparently. Some have escaped that fate, freed by Mexican soldiers in checkpoints looking for such activity. These victims were not to become "dead men" and had tales to tell.

A group of Central Americans rescued in Tamaulipas last month identified INM agents as those who had seized the migrants from a northbound bus and handed them to kidnappers. The migrants were among 120 people, mostly from Mexico, freed by Mexican soldiers in operations in Tamaulipas.

We have been outraged at the finding of mass burial sites with hundreds of bodies found. They have been saying many of these people were removed while travelling on buses or stopped on the highways. How did all this go unreported that people were being taken in-number off buses? It appears Immigrations officials were flashing their credentials and seemingly removing these people in a legal manner, all in a day's work.

When the authorities appear to be acting in their official capacity then other people just get out of their way and let them do their job. No one questions authority anymore. Even in the US you don't have that right to do so. Indiana Supreme Court just passed a ruling that takes away any right to protest the police operating in an otherwise illegal manner. Oh, you can take it up in civil court after the fact but it is your word against the word of the authorities as it is now illegal to record the police. Such "evidence" will not be permitted and will also be used to file criminal charges against the person capturing them on video or other means.

But the government is our friend, right?

These officials they also had many complaints from various agencies nationwide for over a decade. These officials were and their offices are involved in hiding illegal residents working for the Los Zetas and other crime groups to this day. The involvement of the I.N.M. officials in mass kidnappings and mass murder of immigrants were one of the most serious crimes. This is why this was mentioned, however many crimes were discovered nationwide by INM officials hiding cartel members working in human trafficking and other violent crimes. I.N.M. Officials nationwide were working as a network to hide illegal organized crime illegal residents, the firing of these officials will have no impact.
Weeks before the firings I.N.M. officials in many locations were caught hiding requests for investigations against kidnappers, extortionists and murderers in Oaxaca who mainly preyed on foreigners. For as long as 12 years it is known in some cases I.N.M. was blocking, changing documents content and names, issuing fraud visas and not processing reports filed in various states of violent crimes by Zeta members whom some were Americans living illegally in Oaxaca, Mexico.
Extradition orders were prepared for some of the violent American criminals living in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca.
Mexican agents arrested some individuals on the extradition list and handed them over to U.S. Marshalls. One is presently in Brazoria County Jail, Texas whom was know to be aiding in and listed in police reports as working in arms trafficking, child pornography, child trafficking (previously arrested), fraud, kidnapping with injury and aiding in extortion, home invasion and other serious and violent crimes for over 11 years. The U.S. was in knowledge for almost a decade on this individuals crimes but refused to act.
This individual was extradited but U.S. refuses to accept the charges he was extradited for in Mexico. The F.B.I. also refuses to impose the Overseas Crime Act that has been requested for the various victims living in the U.S. whom filed many charges over a ten year period. Instead they hold him on a very old theft charge and refuse to accept the charges that would give him life in prison. He is noted in the past to be a arms contact for illicit American arm sales. Maybe this is why he is being protected by the F.B.I., Houston refuses jurisdiction for any complaints.
However sweeps of the city I.N.M. continues to overtly hide and refuse to arrest the most violent violent American criminals on their list, including a companion of the extradited American whom also have charges of attempted murder, kidnapping and involvement in violent kidnap attempts in mass kidnappings. He is also mentioned as being a bodyguard and enforcer for a local meth lab and illegal experimental medical facility in the area. This individual continues to be protected by I.N.M. and federal police. This individual only carries a Identification card from Zapata Corporation now Harbinger Group in court documents. Is Harbinger group invested in illegal experimental human research in nanotechnology and stem cell research in Mexico? This individual has no immigration records and is allowed to commit crimes with the permission of federal police with only the identification of this company. This individual is reported by local attorneys to extort or kidnap 4 people per month. The experimental facility and meth lab have been reported in this area to be responsible for the disappearance of 1.5 to 2 people per day for years. This would go hand in hand with the help and disappearance of immigrants and local residents used as slaves and for involuntary medical research.
I.N.M. is still aiding and hiding those named in extradition requests where others on the list have been apprehended. Others that are wanted are in daily contact and company with police whom they commit crimes for.
The extradited and unarrested individuals mentioned were hired by government employed Mexican Cartel Distributors in Indiana to commit crimes against witnesses to their crimes and distribution in the Midwest by aircraft and other means.

The moral to this story is that!!!! I have been in Mexico for ten years and the U.S. for my entire life. The most violent crimes I have endured were by police. I have witnessed murder by L.A. police but cannot report it as no one will accept the report. I have been kidnapped in Mexico various times and other more serious crimes.
Sad to say I have had more help by Mexican Federal Authorities than I have had by the F.B.I.. Even when multiple victims have reported thefts by cartel affiliates in Indiana and losses in the tens of millions. I have found the same corruption and cartel associates operating under the premiss of law enforcement and legal servants, judges, attorneys just like in Mexico. In fact a mirror of Mexico is deeply embedded into our government and no federal agency will help.
The most powerful agencies are running the drug trade here just like in MX.
