The International Criminal Court will likely issue an arrest warrant for Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi by the end of the month, Italy's foreign minister said.
The warrant would be a "key moment" in the battle against Gaddafi and would make it impossible for him to escape into exile, foreign minister Franco Frattini said on Thursday.
"From that moment on, an exit from power or from the country will no longer be imaginable," he said.

I believe this is extremely selective of the Internaitonal Criminal Court to investigate Gaddafi on human rights charges and I am worried that if Gaddafi were to be brought forth for trial that he would not have the possibility of a truly fair trial as many of the so called facts are shrouded in miscalcuation, lies and misinterperations.

I bet they're going to send in a seal team on a kill mission, they probably won't give him a trial either just like they did with OBL.
I thought that U.S. Law says that everyone deserves a trial and due process.
