Just remember to check if there are "barf" bags in the seat back in front of you.
Just relax and don't think of the fact that you are hurling through space at 30,00 feet in a pressurized metal tube with a couple of hundred
strangers.
Most planes are all right up there doing that.
Most crashes happen when they land or take off.
I have flown around the world at least 8 times and it took me a long time to feel comfortable doing it .
Valium will relax the most nervous passenger.
Just take them RIGHT BEFORE you get on the plane!
