Someone recently shared the story on here of a Texas man who had undergone a face transplant. It was a breath of fresh air and some good news amongst
all the doom and gloom stuff we hear lately. I posted about a friend who was also undergoing a similar surgery. (he was in recovery and hadn't
release pictures yet) Well, as of today, the official story was written and the photos have been released.

No more stares. No more gawking. No more scaring children so bad that they hide behind their mother. Those are the thoughts that run through Mitch
Hunter’s mind these days. “I didn’t get stared at like I used to,” said Hunter, who recently ventured out into public for the first time
after receiving a full face transplant in mid-April at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. “I like it.”
I'm so incredibly happy for him and his family. The new face is going to take some time for everyone to get used to I think (as you will see in the
images). I will post some images below of the before and after, as well as a photo of Mitch prior to the accident.

One comment from the article asks a really good question: "Is that stubble on his face from the donor?" I have text Mitch the question and will
return to you guys the answer. Very intriguing!
Edit to add: The stubble is his. I keep forgetting he's been in recovery for a couple weeks now.
