People and a second language

If we had more bi-lingual people here in the US maybe we could have actual Americans interpreting at the FBI instead of foreigners, who throw parties celebrating 911 when it happens.

I think the lack of a second language requirement here in the US is a real weak spot of our system. Very short sighted.
