He was the perfect focus for defining what a terrorist looked like-- top that

He happened to never be anywhere he could be caught--top that

I don't know. Its late. Can anyone help me think of any better definers for the perfect enemy?

How about a person who is hell bent on destroying Corporate America. (This is only if you want a new bogeyman)

Other than that I would go for the TPTB

Omar Bin Laden, his son. Who could ever challenge a sons need for revenge for his father. Who, by MSM intel, says his father's killing was criminal. Whether OBL was dead for years or dead last week, they created a martyr in the Muslim world with the news. And the worst thing you could ever do for a cause you oppose is create a martyr for it. Just my two cents, and adjusting for devaluation is like 1.12 cents.

No one. At least not one lone person. Now it's time to create the idea of a large network of terrorists who have no leader, so now we must watch out for rogue terrorist cells, and we can't get intel on them, so we would get more attacks that scare people, and then increase the governmental control over more and more things. There's a monster to lead this war on terror.
