Just watched a couple minutes of it, it's interesting, when I have more time I'll watch the rest. But like an earlier poster said the music volume needs to be cut in half, the accent I have no problem with just the music over powering him.

I don't know why every youtube vid has to be dubbed with $h!tty music in the background. Is it like a clause in their rules? I'm gonna try to muscle through this vid, because I find HAARP interesting, but dude isn't making it easy. I'll be back with an opinion in a bit.

ETA: Yeah... I can't watch this guy. There are a ton of better vids giving equal to or better info. The idea of the Fukushima disaster and the current situation here in the US with the radiation these two are putting out being used to increase HAARP's "abilities" is one of the more interesting ideas I've heard. If HAARP created the earthquakes in Japan, Thailand, as well as all the others, that would mean that it was already a pretty formidable machine. Why would it need to be stronger? Could it be they're irradiating the atmosphere for some sort of a mass event. I've heard that HAARP can unleash frequencies that send out subliminal-like messages and/or possible hallucinations. Project Blue Beam comes to mind. Who knows?

I would love a transcript, because the mood music is making it unwatchable.

yes he is talking to much but still its the best I have seen about 2011 eartquakes, and 100% spot on in every detail Now this would get the debunkers to change their minds? would be nice to hear from you debunkers on this one Keep in mind that he was posting this in 2010! We need to get in touch with him and tell him to kill the fraking music! There should be a ban against music on these type of vids on youtube

I am still on the fence in regards to our government controlling our weather but I am also open to the possibility. I did not have a problem with the music or his English. I actually learned a little bit and will keep educating myself in regards to this subject. Thank you! ;-)

There is so much to learn and so little time...

I remember on another post from a person in Japan. They were saying that they saw flashes in the sky before the earthquake.We are being victimized daily by this. I look up in the sky and see it lined with Chemtrails on EVERY blue sky day and within hour it's over cast and within the next couple days, rain. The first time I saw a clear day in years was on Easter. Did they have the holiday off? I wondered. What can we do to stop this? What is our recourse? There needs to be a way for us to empower ourselves and stop this. Any ideas? I for one am on board!
