Afew days ago I posted about a subject with a link. The post was locked within a few minutes. Today a post on the same subject, same link...is running just fine, even has almost identical lead in. Why one over another?

My guess would be a duplication that a mod was aware of and took the action but wasn't around for the next one. I'm sure that try as they might not ALL the mods can scan ALL of the threads. I don't think it was personal. Rage, I personally like pork.

the thread he is talking about is this:

www.abovetopsecret.com...

where he only says "I wonder how the Republicans will spin this.
Respects, ", the rest being links and quotes.

Banshee locks the thread, asking him to contribute to another thread, www.abovetopsecret.com... . I dont see the issue here

Perhaps the issue is that the thread Banshee directed him to is in the Mud Pit which has restricted access.

Banshee indirectly told him to shut up

"Ehm, you can write there....oh you can't. Bad luck!"

Probably Banshee just didn't notice but meanwhile mods could have opened the thread again in respect to non PM participants.

yeah, its an easy mistake. I didnt even notice that it was a link to a restricted area, especially cause i bought access the second it was for sale(its cheaper that way), so you dont nessarliy think about others not being able to read it.
