Why is it 9/11 conspiracy theorists are demonized, while "birthers" are not?

Both the right and the left demonize those that question the governments story of 9/11/01, even with so many strange things happening that day, in this country if you dare go on any semi mainstream media outlet and question anything about 9/11 you are immediately scoffed at by the hosts of said show, anyone who has ever watched Jesse Ventura do his media rounds knows this, even when perfectly reasonable questions are posed, people like him are hit with a credibility sledgehammer by tv pundits, radio talk show hosts, and journalists.

Now when we get into the birthers, only the LEFT demonizes them and they do it in such a way, that it gives the birthers more credibility to those on the right. To me, there is far more evidence that 9/11 is not what the government said it was, than Obama not having the legal right to be president.

Yet there is never a witch hunt on George W Bush, Donald Rumsfeld, and Dick Cheney about 9/11, because everyone just accepts the story, but in America we should have the right to ask questions, without people trying to destroy our credibility amidst the discussion.

Probably because the BC question as a more political slant than 9/11.

9/11 effected everyone around the world in some way and some people just will not accept even contemplating the thought that it could have been a false flag event. Imagine eventually finding out that they were behind it. What psychological effect would that have on most of the world?

The BC question is really a matter for the U.S as it is your constitution that has been effected if it turns out that Obama was not born in the U.S. IMO, I don't think it matters who is president right now, as they are the puppets. It's only the puppets that change, the masters remain the same.

Easy.. one theory demonizes America and both parties, the other just demonizes Obama.
It's ok to conspire against one party because everyone does it (or everyone in the opposite party assumes the other party is doing it). Saying both parties conspired together though.. they can't have that. 9/11 was too bipartisan to allow people to know the truth lol.

It does not matter what happens in the world people have different views and there is always gonna be another version of what happened even if hard evidence is shown. Perfect example is the recent OBL killing, some are saying that he died in 2001, some in 2009 and some saying that he is not dead at all.

My point is that there is aways another version.

Huh? What do you mean birthers are not demonized? Phooey! That's not true! Birthers are demonized just as much as 9/11 truthers, if not even worse.

Do you not see the horns growing out of my skull? Between being a truther, birther, deather, and everything else, I will most assuredly spend the rest of my days filing down my horns like Hellboy. (It's a movie, look it up).

That is until Judgement Day. Then we'll see who the real devils are.

but most can agree that there is something fishy. i don't know the specifics of how the gov't took those towers out, or exactly who was involved. but there is enough evidence to know the u.s. gov't did. the specifics are a side issue compared to the fact that they did.

theres a difference between lying about where you were born and the government killing its employers, then blaming it on a fictional terrorist group so that they can invade and get tens of thousands killed for money.

Possibly because so many people lost their lives in 9/11 and it seems repugnant to some people to even imagine it was a conspiracy let alone talk about it.

With the birth certificate there aren't as many painful emotions surrounding it.

They are really two totally different issues.

Yeah but if They wouldn't have pulled that little act last week then I bet that wouldn't have been the case for much longer. Alas they did and why well to stop it from happening. The more something goes on especially such a hot button topic the more steam it usually gains. If this miraculous death of Osama would not have come about at such a convenient time I truly feel that Obama would have been getting fried upon from all sides after while. Barry & Co. were in a corner and he pulled his ace card. I find it fair to say his deck is skint now and really wonder what his next magic trick is going to be.

Short and simple.

9-11 conspiracies are many and varied. It is to distracting to many people’s thought processes.

Birth certificates will give a individual an “either, or” choice to which make up their mind.

Not all will believe, but that’s what makes conspiracies so much fun.
