Fireball the size of Earth ejected from the Sun

I'm just glad no one said it was a UFO near the sun.
Maybe those posters will come in soon.
Man, those threads kill me.

Our sun is majestic and powerful.
It ejects filaments up to 100x that size all the time.
To see the Earth comparison makes me feel miniscule.
Like a grain of sand in the Sahara desert.


Simply astounding.

I will call him Mini-Sun!

That thing would fry us alive up close, lolz. It's an evil fireball of doom, trust me, it loses all it's charm up close =P
