It is an artists conception of what he thinks it may look like, based on photos of the tail section.
there are more of them here:

Defense Tech

Back in the late 1970's, you could buy model kits of the artists conceptions of the Top Secret stealth fighter. The models looked nothing at all like the stealth fighter.

Scroll down, even the Chinese have their idea of what it looks like.

You can't really see the hooked rotor blades from the side drawing. I thought that was one of the sweetest parts of it. I think it was called Blue Edge.

Found an interesting article on Global Security on it supposed to be called the MH-X Advanced Special operations Helicopter. Here's the article for your enjoyment: www.globalsecurity.org...

Eurocopter is working on "noise reducing blades," and I wouldn't be surprised if the one that was downed at OBL was one of theirs.

I doubt it was a Blackhawk.

Second line reserved for witty remark.

I think it's not a chopper at all. It's next gen. probably something closer to a Vertibird, but with less rust and more futuristic lines as well as the same sort of texture as in the picture.

And I've also just found this online Osprey

yea the osprey is a cool bird but its been around forever

the tail section of this helicopter resembles alot like an mh 60

they cancelled the comanche but certain aspects could very well be put on other helicopters

The navy likes their Pave Lows maybe this is the next generation? (Versions of this chopper have been in service since vietnam)

The Pave Low is a very good and reliable helicopter. The problem with a modified stealth version is the demsions. Whatever Specops uses needs to be transportable in a C130. This limits the demesions of the helicopter.
