"Spontaneous" Osama Death Cheering Crowd allowed to light Fireworks affront the White House?

It seems that this possibly not so " spontaneous" crowd, that was camera and photo-op ready for the main stream media, as soon as the Osama Death news hit the headlines, got away with doing stuff that nobody gets away with unless they are considered anything but just any riffe raffe crowd.

These folks got treated almost like VIPS. Nobody called them out for using fireworks in, of all places, the very front of the white house...
