Even if Osama bin Laden is caught tomorrow, it is five years too late. He has done more damage the longer he has been out there. But, in fact, the damage that he has done . . . is done. And even to capture him now I don’t think makes us any safer.
The death of Osama bin Laden marks the most significant development in our fight against al-Qaida. . . . I salute President Obama, his national security team, Director Panetta, our men and women in the intelligence community and military, and other nations who supported this effort for their leadership in achieving this major accomplishment. . . . [T]he death of Osama bin Laden is historic. . .
It underscores the degree to which partisanship can ravage people’s fair-mindedness and, in the process, make them look like fools and hacks. Such things aren’t uncommon in politics—but what is rare is to see such intellectual dishonesty proven so conclusively.

What for? She has done more during her tenure as speaker of the house than the last four speakers combined. Just because she is a woman is the reason she is getting incoherent swill from lowlifes on her character, appearance and demeanor, not for her record. From people who haven't the slightest idea what she has done. People really hate her because she shoved that heath care bill to the forefront until it got passed. The people who demonize her are BIG PHARMA & INSURANCE companies who had to take it up the profit margins.
To people who throw out ridiculous name calling and insults to this admirable accomplished woman I have one thing to say..."your mother."

Dude, you're barking up the wrong tree.
She is one of the main reasons the Dems lost the House.
Keep drinking the cool-aide.
What does this list of "not served" have anything to do with what a Political Hack Pelosi is?
Stay on point.... the point being.... (you start here)...edit on 5/4/2011 by anon72 because: (no reason given)
When a Republican uses the phrase "Cut and run" or "Surrender is not an option" be sure to check and see if they served overseas in the military or sat on their fat asses because of "other priorities."

so her big acheivment is the health care bill that, in her words, 'we have to pass so we can find out what's in it'?
she and most of her constituents are seriously out of touch with reality.

Nancy is always getting caught doing things like that. She will condemn the right for doing what she praised the left for doing.
The biggest incident I remember were how she praised the protesters under Bush but mocked, ridiculed, and described as terrorists protesters under Obama.
She's just a hack.
