I know this is a pretty big reach, maybe just an over active imagination from months upon months of conspiracy website browsing.. But I ask because

quakes.globalincidentmap.com...

If you notice, Maine had a miniscule EQ,

Now in this video, it shows a map of Nuclear power plants (I know, Maine isnt included) but the location just struck me as, well.. odd.

www.youtube.com...

I need to sleep, Im sure of it.. Mods, feel free to move this to the trash bin if it so belongs.

EQ's can happen anywhere...
and there is a LOT that happens everyday...

and even from what I know, areas like Maine dont "typically" get them...

and even though there has been a few that has happened recently...
I wouldnt imagine it amounts to anything

btw, i couldnt watch that youtube video... sorry i am on dial-up internet

Yes, Maine and New England in general, has indeed been known to have earthquakes from time to time. They are rarely very large ones, usually 2.0 or under. You would hardly feel it if at all. Biggest one I have experienced here in Mass was a 3.something, felt pretty much like a truck rolling by.
In short, rest easy, it's quite normal for Maine to have little 1.5s like that.
