To get a russian warhead to work you have to have a three way agreement.

The warhead was under the control of the military.

The fuse for the warhead was under control of the KBG.

And the codes to arm the warhead were under the control of the party leadership.

Dude that is nuts. Thanks for sharing. I watched it, Mr. Ivanoff was also the name of a black op guy in a few dif games you could play. And in one of them you could buy weapons and a special weapon. Wonder if people are taking their plot lines from vid games now.
