Mayan Calendar May Be Off by 50 Years or More

The Mayan calendar? WRONG?

"But the 2012 movie said the world was going to end on a day the calender predicted!1!!"

Please... the whole 2012 thing is based off loose evidence and used as a marketing scheme.

And frankly, its an insult to human intelligence.

I'm one of the firsts to think that something big is going to happen in 2012. I don't know if it is gonna be some cataclysmic event or if it is just going to be mass hysteria/mass suicide. but sometimes I wonder, What if the Mayans just looked at each other after years of hard work carving this calender and said, "You know what, forget this I'm tired of carving. How about we go get a beer and head down to watch the human sacrifice, I hear its going to be a doozy."

And on another note if we do have some sort of Cataclysm, according to world of warcraft, we can survive it.

I'd rather we just get it over and done with in 2012 then it's the end of all this hype for a few more millenia - or the end of me...either one is ok! LOL.
