I predict nothing out of the ordinary will occur in August. More Americans will die in Iraq. More people will be kidnapped and killed in Iraq. N korea will have at least one saber rattling news release. Iran and Isreal will exchange more words/threats-but no action. Russia will not send any troops to Iraq.
