Nostradamus Makes Prediction on Osama Bin Laden's Death Hundreds of Years Ago!

Does a quatrain that Nostradamus wrote hundreds of years ago actually predict Osama Bin Laden's death? There are lots of supporters currently saying that is the case. They point to the quatrain referring to the death of Mabus which is supposed to be an anagram of Osama Bin Laden's name. This quatrain is also believed to predict impending disasters too ......

I think this has been posted before, but a good refresher.. and a little strange too.

Perhaps when Ray_Mabus => en.wikipedia.org... dies the ties in the Middle East will be left without care and the region ignites in flames cause of power struggles. After this fire spreads throughout the world the "vengeance" will come in the form of a comet that will cause disaster.

Even though the above is pure bs based on his last name it would make a whole lot more sense than the explanation they give. Mostly it shows that you can interpret that dribble any way you like (at any time in the future to come for a million years).

It seems like every time there is a major news headline regarding an important news story that affects the world, someone claims that Nostradamus accurately predicted it in his quatrains hundreds of years ago. Read more: socyberty.com...

Even going into this with my guard down it's pathetic, the text of this quatrain, like much of Nostradamus "work" is exceedingly vague. Lot's of symbolic elements that could be interpreted and reinterpreted endlessly, which is the hallmark of a good 'psychic', since making anything near a specific claim will usually ruin business (as soon as you're wrong anyway). Thanks for posting anyway, was worth a laugh

I can't remember exactly where I heard this, but

Awhile back I saw on TV, or read online,
that MABUS was a combination of osaMA and BUSh.

Where does Obama fit into it?

As most of his "predictions" the scope of his prediction is so broad it can be claimed that it predicted so many other things. My lighter died and nobody else had a light so there was some arguments because other people should have one. Wow he predicted in the same Osama prediction, my predicament!

If that's the case then his "predictions" are complete failures.

explain to me how MABUS is an anagram for OSAMA BIN LADEN. there isn't even a U in any of his names. and anagrams are supposed to have exact letters. Mabus is also 8 letters short. or if you use only osama, or laden, it still doesn't work, since the letters dont jive at all.


maybe 1 in 1000 posts on this forum is right about what its stating. thats my guess. and i doubt this is one of them

I don't know about Osama being mabus,because when Saddam was around i have read that HE was definetely Mabus.
And i bet that if they kill Gaddaffi he will be the next Mabus.

I could just as easily make a book and write inevitable vague things and eventually it would "come true" or kinda match a future event in some slight way, Personally I think Nostradamus was full of it(and I dont mean full of predictions unless your definition of predictions is bull crap).

Of course. That's how they all are.

Well, maybe not all. Some of them you get to count the letters and use numbers. If the English words don't work out to be the correct numbers, then you can try the original French version. Pick whichever works in your favor.

The problem with the prophecies is the word "Mabus", is John Hogue ALREADY used that word and dropped and added letters based on weird rules and such, to stretch it into "Bush".

If memory severs me correctly MABUS supposedly meant, Bush 2, Saddam, Obama, and now OBL? I wish the people who constantly refer to Nostradamus's writings would once and for all settle on one translation instead of updating it every time something happens.
