IT'S a Fake. It's a small child with something on its head. Anyway how would he get that turtle neck uniform over that head. It's got a zipper down the back right.
I think CGI could produce pulsating veins today - but it would be the same vein or veins.
I have never seen a puppet with pulsating blood vessels.
So you think you can see stop motion which would indicate you believe this movie was made with some kind of puppet?
I have seen it all know, the displays shown by yourself and few others on ATS recently having me thinking in a completely new light.

If that is the case it still should be there and easy to find, why don't you post that thread, if it exists, and we will see the reason, as the mods always post one in such cases.

Your link is broken, but if I remember that article with the title "Analysis of the latest alien footage" or something

Not sure what your point was my friend, but my points were these, I don't believe any are contradictory:
1. Masks don't have pulsating blood vessels
2. Todays CGI I imagine is capable of producing pulsating blood vessels, the same one in the same location,
3. I don't know if today's CGI is capable of producing pulsating blood vessels that are different in different locations as seen in the video on the beings forehead and neck, but if it is it still doesn't help us if this footage is from the 1950's.

There is an even more basic problem--veins don't pulsate.
Have you ever watched shows about special effects? Yes, they can make masks with pulsating regions.

Even more basic is that nothing in that video is pulsating.

You are correct, I could not see pulsating either, but wanted to give the benefit of a doubt that someone saw some pulsating
