Yea I did a WTF double take as well, but in the NatGeo image you can see the granules inside the bird a little better, at first I thought it might have been a mutilated fish or something.



It looks like its shoulder might be dislocated but other than that, why did it die again and where is this fatally broken wing? These guys are spending money and resources on x rays 'rescuing birds' and they can't save a duck with a dislocated shoulder?

Obvious CGI.
When someone posts something that is blatantly CGI I always assume they are older and don't have the eye for it.
Not ripping on you O.P. that is seriously what I always think. My dad's bad for not being able to pick out CGI.

I think it's a guy in an alien suit and not CGI. Watch the arms at 0:29 when you get a brief shot of them, they are significantly shorter than when the video pans up the height of the alien later, the fingers look a lot shorter as well.

On the panning shot, it seems like he is trying to keep his arms as still as possible as to not give it away that the person inside it (or controlling it) has his hands inside of the aliens forearms. It is interesting that the fingers appear to move a tiny bit, but then again so do the eyelids so if this is a semi-mechanical suit it wouldn't be that hard just to go ahead and make the fingers move a little too, since they obviously have the means to do it.

I was thinking maybe he was wearing artificially extended arms in the panning shot, but wanted to lend credibility to the video by making the arms move just off the screen in the first portion of the video. No one who looks at the video and only thinks 'holy cow its an alien' will pay attention to this, they will be looking at the face.

I'm just speculating based on what appears to have been overlooked, I can't really prove anything and no one will listen anyways. I am not a CGI expert, but this looks like it would be hard to do and would be difficult to hide all of the evidence of CGI manipulation on, as opposed to a light in the sky.

Ah ok. I see what you mean.
I still stand by CGI though. Film is one of my main interests both hobby and career wise and my best friend with me went to Uni of New Orleans for it. It would take no funding and just a matter of hours to whip this up.

Another Hoax from the shameless Micheal Cohen and Allhoaxweb. This time using the viral marketing for the upcoming JJ Abrams film "Super 8" , this guy cranks out Hoaxes and Bull S#%&* like no other. I mean every week he has a new hoax. These viral hoaxes always lead right back to him. What are the odds? Well hoaxes some he has orchestrated himself. Some think he is doing this to discredit ufology as a whole.

Well as you will see in the following video i put together, it is JJ Abrams viral marketing much like what he pulled with cloverfield. Im not blaming Abrams.. it's pretty cool. But it's a matter of people using the clips as disinformation and even using it as Viral marketing for themselves. No it's not a alien made of moldy bread, this time it's CGI created by Paramount Studios.

Another hoax bites the dust LOL

Such a shame, HOAX bin cometh.

It's so hard to tell. First, how did the guy with the camera get so close? Second, why was it just moving like it was showing off? It seems fake, but since when do hoaxers use black/white? Third, most hoaxers are lazy and use the "Type A" alien. They are tall, have spindly arms/legs, and are thin. This was short, thick, and had thicker arms and legs. It's either a cliche real vid, or a very good hoax vid. It had aspects that suggest is was real and others that suggest it's fake. This is one of those vids that it truly is up to you.

This looks obviously fake. For people to actually say this looks real, I don't think it is.

Best cgi i have seen, really a lot of work put into it, but a hoax never the less.

Man I wish aliens came down already and just had a freaking reality show.

There is suppose to be a bunch of old Russian UFO and Alien videos "of this style" that are sold on the black market. I remember Kirk Hamet talking about being in Russia years ago and buying some of these film reels and incorporating them in to his music videos.He was not sure if they were real or some propaganda films. Here is the the interview.
