What will it take to wake people up?

People have free will and they will either wake up or not. If they're not ready to wake, you'll just piss them off and waste both your and their time.

Perhaps I phrased it too delicately; to put it more bluntly, those who choose to remain asleep past the deadline of 2013 will die. Those who choose to awaken have a choice as to when, and the sooner it happens the less trauma we'll have to go through.

Again, this is the future as I have seen it, as long as people have free will nothing is set in stone

Oh I understand what you are saying aside from you not defining what you meant by "waking up". Other than that I ignored the HDR portion (although I read it) for obvious reasons.

You asked a question, so I answered it.

So fruitlessly ambiguous, like most who post this kind of stuff really. I'm not trying to be antagonistic but seriously, how can we take you serious and when you are given an answer you respond to everything but the answer we give you.

Perhaps some more details might make this more credible, and a definition of what you mean by waking up. What is the average joe supposed to wake up to understand?
