Well, the people recording the video don't seem very concerned at all, by the tone of their voices. Sounds like they are just recording some helicopters or something.

I speak Russian, and I can tell you that Russians don't flip out like Americans when something happens. They don't stare at car accidents and other accidents since those are more common in those nations. I am from Kyrgyzstan btw.

HEY, and these look somewhat legit, actually, these white dots looks EXACTLY like UFOs spotted all over major cities in the world on 10/13/10. Just youtube 10/13/10 UFO, you will see many takes from many locations...

I think thats just the way you are perceiving it. The first time I watched it, I saw it was lens flare and didnt even think twice about it. But let me try and argue it a different way. All the other lights are fairly high in the sky. They are in formation and moving in the same direction. Why does this light behave completely differently than the rest of the lights?

The white dots could have been a number of things. Airplanes are the most likely answer but if they were I would love to know what air traffic control were doing because they were all pretty close together. In my opinion there isn't anything really special in this video but at the same time I can't really see anything which suggests they are not UFO's. The do, however, fly at the same speed as an airplane and the first two lights on the right seem to flash once or twice. Also we seen people passing by - surely they would have also seen the same phenomena?!

Actually, what you're seeing is lens flare from the bright light near the tower, and not the same 'orbs' that are the focus of the video.

So without lens flare looking like an orb, this video is nothing....
