New Iraqi tricks.

Well Saddam's purchased US and Britt Uniforms did come in handy, but not the way we expected.

Now they pose as US and Brittish Soldiers excepting surrender, and execute the surrendering Iraqi regulars.

These tricks are being employed by the Fedayeen Sadam brigade. This is a special forces group that was deployed around Iraq prior to war. These forces were to integrate into the community, pose and normal civilians (or possibly as the lowest of the conscript military). These are essentially the "political officers" of the Iraqi military, with the lawful right to sumarily execute any Iraqi military or civilian who they deem to be a threat to Iraqi security.
