WikiLeaks reveals US blunders at Guantanamo

We have spent hundreds of years espousing universal human rights. We have disgraced our founders and ourselves. Frankly, I am disgusted by this. Due process, innocent until proven guilty is nonsense. The only thing worse than our conduct is the stupidity of those who think it's okay because the detainees aren't American citizens. The declaration of independence doesn't reserve rights to Americans and the Bill of Rights guarantees rights to people - not citizens. Our parents and grandparents generation have destroyed the United States. The dream is dead.

Gitmo is a luxury resort, compared to all the other so called "torture facilites".
Is that place still open?

Surely this was already pretty obvious and some what covered before this leak?

And is it just me or have the recent leaks been absent from the MSM?
