Jared Bernstein, economic policy adviser to Vice President Joe Biden, will leave his post in the Obama administration later this month, the Wall Street Journal reports. According to The Hill, Bernstein will join the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities as a senior fellow. Robert Greenstein, president of the think tank, reportedly wrote in a statement, "He brings to the Center a very broad range of skills and deep expertise on issues that are central to our work, including the living standards of middle- and lower-income Americans." News of Bernstein's impending exit comes in the wake of the departure of Larry Summers, who Gene Sperling recently replaced as top economic adviser to the president. Additional shake-ups have taken place at the White House in recent months. This is a developingwww.huffingtonpost.com... story... More information to come..
