It happened to me 20 years ago. It scars you. When it starts, changes occur in the individual but the individual wont percieve it that way. He or She
will think every one else is changing.
Also it doesnt just happen. It doesnt just stop. The evil never leaves. It waits. Like a bad habit and temptation.
The individual may not realise why He or She is in the position they are in. Thats why counseling will eventually be necessary. By the time the
individual realises something is wrong (usually from paranormal occurances) the demon is already in possession or is trying to breakdown the
individual. In order for excorsism to work the individual must chose.
In my case I was being abused. I thought that if I behaved cold and scary instead of sweet the abuser would leave me alone. I turned to new friends
and the occult. I thought it was working. It wasnt. The abuser wasnt changing HIS behavior. I was. Then the SIGNS occurred. It was too late.
SIGNS THAT HAPPENED WITH ME:
nightmares, anger and violent thoughts, voices, growling, snarling, knocking 3 times, sonic booms, electronics controlling themselves and so on.
When it came time, I had to chose. I had to admit I was "possessed", admit I was abused, face my fear and anger. And confront GOD! YES! Confront
God. And myself! I was mad and I needed to turn it over to God and forgive myself.
After the excorsism the individual still has to face His or Her life. He or She may have quit a job, divorced, built bad credit, created
questionable relationships, lost others, hurt people, broke the law and so forth.
This is where a possible relapse can occur.
Yes there is a short period of grace following an excorsism but its temporary and not magic. You MUST face yourself at some point.
If you truely believe someone you care about is possessed then pray for them and leave it for the professionals. And get counseling for yourself as
well. You will need the support. God be with you.
