HAARP caused Japan quakes to keep them out of WW3??

As everyone knows, most of the world is at war with someone else.
USA seems to be sticking it's nose in all of the middle easts issues (NOT ANY OF THEIR CONCERN, mind you!)

Many here think HAARP caused the Japan quakes.. Ulterior motive??

Interesting assumption.
Unfortunately there's not a single argument in the Op that helps us to validate the link that is assumed.
Therefor I would like to invite you to bring in those arguments...
- how did HAARP generate the situation in Japan (probably hard to find solid argument that goes beyond plausible and possible speculation?)
- what is that WW III you refer to?
- who initiates that WW III, for what purposes?
- why do those who initiate it (my assumption) would like Japan to stay out of it?

Japan doesn't have a military, they only have a security force. That was part of the agreement we had with them after they WW2. We are their military so i don't think that would be a reason.

i think it is more likely to have iran or north korea out of ww3..y japan?

The US sends lots of stuff to Japan to upgrade before going into production. The US improves on what comes back and that is that is the new production model.

Underwater nuclear explosions make more sense as Harp frequency unlikely to be able to penetrate that far down through water and still be effective.
