World Bank YouTube Channel

I managed to come across The World Bank's YouTube Channel, and scrolling through some of these videos, I've noticed that they all have very few views. I don't nearly have the time to sift through them all, so check it out and bring back some discussion worthy videos. Is this just a PR campaign technique? Wolf in Sheep's Clothing? Humanitarians? Transparency?
