Really the government needs to step in. This seems to be the simple answer in this so called progressive worlds we live in today. They tried this with alcohol and how well did that work out? Well it gave rise to organized crime across America.



When you give up freedom to ensure safety you deserve neither. This is how it works over and over again. But we never learn and strive for the simplest ways out of everything.


Well the population is to fat we need the government to step in and make certain foods illegal. This in reality is this is the same backwards argument you are using.

Anyways this is unfortunate and hopefully Mr. Cage gets help if he needs it and usse this as a wake up call. I like a lot of his movies and never like to see anyone fall especially due to Drugs and alcohol (being a former addict myself).

Fact is, you need to be REALLY drunk to get busted for public intoxication in NOLA. Trust me.
