A quick search found this amongst other threads, this appears to be a hoax.

i find it strange how during the original brodcast of this footage the news reporters and camera people and even the news readers didnt bat an eyelid let alone report it. this is one of the most looked at places in the world today and nobody seen a "UFO" the size of the titanic floating about.

To me it looked like a linear object further back, not actually floating or hovering in the .sky

Very interesting, it doesn't look like any sort of plane. However, that clip was shot and picked specifically, which leads me to 1 of either 2 conclusions. Either this is disclosure slowly seeping in, or its a blimp...

When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie - it's not the moon.

I despair at todays UFO's. 40 years ago we had real saucers.. now it's dot's or balloons, and blimps.

Back then, when it was saucers, people went "Ya sure..."

today ANYTHING in the sky is "ZOMG!!!11"

I despair...
