No, of course it is not. HAARP is in Canada, not Australia. And just have a look at the antennas at the Holt base!

There are probably multiple stations like HAARP around the world. It is not actually the HAARP array, that's in Alaska. But seeing how this has a military presence and is capable of VLFs, it may mean it's potentially similar.

Please check out the link below and watch the first two videos. In one of the videos it points out the different locations for HAARP stations.

Ummm that would be a no. Have you not seen the threads here (and all over the net!) discussing the fact that the HAARP website has been down for days now? Since shortly after the Japanese earthquake I believe.
Dohh....

Thumbs down you mean. This poster seems not to know about the HAARP website having been down for days. It's only one of the hottest discussions around. I guess the poster has been away on another planet or something.

Not really.. I just dont buy into the "blame HAARP for everything" mindset. Nor does it dominate my life as it apparently does for others.

Wrong frequency, that Australia transmitter operates at frequencies about 1000 times lower than the HAARP frequency.

There are other HAARP like stations around the globe but none of them use frequencies that low.
