They are not closed the OP neglected to look at the date/ time stamp. it is an old article from 2010, man this kinda of mistake just kills me. and I am even guilty of it I see a big headline and get all caught up in it and BOOM I post somehting and than go back and im like. Bro it kills me when this happens to me. Like I just said it can happen to anyone and everyone we see big headlines and get all and neglect to pay attention to detail. I know my common since switch goes from on to off in like .03 seconds sometimes.
