I was taught that eating more frequently allowed for maximum absorption of nutrition.
Have you come across any research that studies the bio-availability of vitamins/minerals/etc.. with regards to meal size and frequency? I know this
thread is about protein, but perhaps you have come across these studies this in your research.
I used a quick little google-fu but could not find anything supporting or refuting this. I will dig a little deeper, I am sure some studies have been
done.
