I found this interesting article tonight about Ron Paul:

WASHINGTON - Texas congressman Ron Paul does very few things the conventional way.
So why should it be any different when the maverick Republican from suburban Houston decides to sell his house?

Paul, who masterfully used social media to raise money and build an organization for his 2008 presidential campaign, put his Lake Jackson house up for sale Thursday on Facebook, a popular social media spot but not exactly the hub of real estate transactions.

Still, with 323,351 fans on his Facebook page, Paul has plenty of potential buyers, as well as loyal followers with a proven track record of spreading the good word for him.

For the asking price of $325,000, you can get a 5,500-square-foot house with four bedrooms (two with lofts), five bathrooms, a pool, a large office with built-in book shelves, a two-car garage, a formal dining room, a living room, a family room and a craft room.

Sounds like this should be a good buy for someone....Wondering if the buyer will be a Republican or Democrat?

Best wishes Ron for a speedy sale!

All of his facebook fans should put in a buck and some change and buy the thing...

Then use it as the Ron Paul Party House!

Hey you are pretty funny for a notsofunnyguy....

Wouldn't surprise me a bit however if something like that happened...meaning a purchase by
one of his facebook fans or supporters.

Damn! Just another example of a Politician doing something that only a completely normal person would consider doing....I mean when are these guys going to learn that.....

Hey....wait a minute. I guess there isn't anything to be outraged about here.....In fact its not even something overtly political. Its just a guy trying to sell his house.

Um is this really ATS-worthy? Not knocking ya down buddy, but I'm just sayin'.....there really is nothing much to discuss here. That is unless you are interested in buying the guys house......Personally I'm sort of looking right now myself....but a house over 300,000 grand is a bit steep for me, seeing as how I'm just a single guy. Heck if it weren't for my dogs then I'd be happy sleeping on a couch in someones basement, as long as it was quite and somewhat private!

Basically my point is.....I'm totally outraged at something or another....but whatever it is has nothing to do with this. Therefore I'm going off to find something that doesn't fit into my biased and preconceived notion on how the world REALLY works, so that I can be totally outraged at something worth being totally outraged over.
