They begin to absorb more resources due to competition influenced via applied evolution... while competing for dwindling resources....

IMHO this is why those conspiracy groups, corners, and people are right... The numbers say they are completely right.... Look over the numbers....

Now back to how this ties in... This WWIII is at the point the organism is competing against other organism (nations is the terms used for this organism)

With all of this in mind... these individuals will rise and attempt to rise to control .... (do not get lost in analogies)
