It's not World War III... at least not yet.

There is no question, that humanity has faced the horrors of world wars one and two. With the strong nuclear deterrent, the wars changed and the battlefield became more cloak and dagger with the cold war. Some argue that the cold war was WWIII, however I do not see it that way.

WWIII in my humble opinion will be a nuclear holocaust option as for countries to seriously take on the states in armed conflict, the only viable solution would be the nuclear one. It is why Russia during the cold war developed nuclear strategies along with the US and other countries have followed suit.

When and if this war happens, it will end quickly and the devastation will not be forgotten by those few who may survive. Everything up to now has been regional imperialistic conquest of the "New" America. Sorry, I thought we ended fascism with Germany but it seems another nation has taken note from Hitler's handbook.

As such, WWIII is closer than we think but it's certainly not today.

The third world war can be a nuclear holocaust as you say because
many countries including India,China,Israel and Russia have nuclear
weapons and they will use them.

When superpowers unleash nuclear hell... then I know I am in WWIII, everything else will be the climb up to it.

Nuclear war will be and is the third world war.

WW3 is a bit of a misnomer, anyhow the next war on the maps is a regional, nuclear war. You don't get any bonus points for guessing the middle-east...too easy. If you have not seen Damascus yet, hurry....
