UN document would give bugs, trees same rights as humans

so in other words, i could be arrested for stoping the car, and peeing on a bush now? its a noble idea, but cmon, in this system we have, tree, plants cant go to voting polls on thier own, they dont have brains and logic like we do. thier based on survival and spreading and growing, just like humans, but they cannot make computers, boats cars, toys ect. while i do respect plants and trees and nature, this is an odd topic to vote n talk about, at any meeting. they must been BORED at the UN that day. im all in favor of recycling, and hated watching big buisness cut down whordes of trees, with bulldozers, and pushing the natives out in the name of buisness. they got away with it.

does this mean it will be illegal to eat food then? like celery, strawberrys, potatoes? they might get hurt* ya know..
and for bugs..every year, we get these big wasps that come around. thier white with black stripes on em and BIG stingers. i cannot reember whatt thier called, but they like to make thier nests in the ground,a nd are territorial. past few years, i had problems getting into my own home. going out, coming back, oon patio, a few times, one was thier i guess, knew i was thier, started to flap its wings and hoover in font of me, as if i wasnt allwoed to pass. ide run side to side,t hen away, and it would come forward ot me then go off, then come back, as ide make it n run inside. they come around when it gets really humid out. my brother in law killed 40 of them few years ago, north in my city, in the wooded areas. suppose i kill one in self defense...does that make me a murderer? or termites or carpenter ants too? when i was a kid, we had a pool in the yard. every year, a darting needle would come around, makig the pool territorial. they kinda look like butterflys, but they have a big stinger. my mom many times would use the pool net to chase it off, and it would come back fighting her. swooping near her hair in flight, get close and like challenge her..things like that. does that make us amurder for self defense then, according to the UN?

thats pretty interesting. probably going to be some difficulties, but at least every thing is equal, in stead of the proposed idea of the more human like it is the more rights it get
