CIA Using New Egyptian Suliman Regime To Train And Supply Libyan rebels?

Apparently, the CIA and Egyptian secret service has a "secret" facility helping train and arm some select rebel forces with new high-tech weapons.

So, is there an arms embargo in place?

And, as the report states, it clearly appears the rebels already have a weapons dealer at their disposal, who could it be?



In either case, I'm certain some weapon's manufacturer is making a hefty profit and will be able to give its Christmas bonuses this year! (Or could that be Hanukah or Ramadan bonuses?)
