That's what I said, many countries have this earthquake technology including Russia. The question is who is overseeing their operational use? is there a way to detect it?

now im truely concerned!! I've heard reports from a friend in Japan that there was a large activity of Dolphins and whales sighted off the coast of Japan In the late afternoon yesterday. Im hoping that Im wrong about the whole situation but Im afraid i was hitting closer to home than I thought...

Between homicidal oceanic mammals, HAARP and a "sore-vengeful-mother-earth", ATS is sometimes like a comedic game of cluedo gone wrong... (IMHO)

The last one was strong....but not as long as the `real` one on the 11th. I happened to be at the station (Tokyo, not EQ epicenter) at the time and thank goodness not in my house which shakes for the minimal vibration!! (even my miniature poodle`s farts!! joke but, actually...my building moves with typhoons and just strong winds)....The station was shaking, rumbling, the ceiling structures were also rocking... but, again, it was a relatively short EQ. People stood still, checked their mobiles for info...but the trains didn`t stop, which shows that at least, in the Tokyo area, it wasn`t tTHAT major.


I have been following the HAARP threads and posts over the last couple of days. The possible HAARP induced Japan EQ and the fact that the site was down since yesterday (I even tried to log on , but failed as many I suppose).

Now, I just don`t want to believe that HAARP could intentionally do such a thing....On the other hand, they should maybe be able to prevent something...

Unfortunately, I just feel (and just a feeling which I hope is wrong) that there will be another major one in Japan very soon. And the next one, in Tokyo....

HOpe I`m wrong

Anyway, if HAARP were responsible for the various EQs in Japan...I want to know the reason why....What for?

I don't think HARRF can cause earth quake in a certain desired spot on earth. The gigantic antenna is a electromagentic energy transmitter without having any directional focus. If it can cause earth quakes, it can cause one right here in the US in the San Andreas fault region first. So they should be extremely careful on what they are doing. In other words, this means that HARRF can not be the cause of the earth quakes anywhere in the world. It is a conspiratorial conjecture without having any scientific base.

Its HAARP and it can cause earthquakes, they even say so.

Uhm, I think you mean HAARP because HARRF is a treatment plant. The HARRF is an activated sludge, secondary treatment facility. This consists of physical, biological, and chemical treatment methods, which include screening, sedimentation, chemical precipitation, and biological processes. The HARRF is designed to treat a flow of 18 million gallons per day (MGD).
So in away you are right HARRF isn't causing earthquakes.

I dunno. But these strange things have been going on for as long as I can remember. At least 4 billion years ..... I don't think any number of thread in ATS will change the natural processes over which we puny little parasites living on the surface of teh earth have absoutely no control whatsoever.

But by all means pray to your god HAARP. I'm sure he'll make you a nice cup of tea.....


Meanwhile, why so much fuss over this aftershock? How many were even aware of, let alone commented on the 9th March earthquake? Which was stronger.
