Nope, those are ALL boats, seriously

Check this article: eces.org...

As darkness falls in southern Argentina, a ghostly apparition of twinkling lights that some have nicknamed "the floating city" forms on the black ocean surface far out at sea - a cluster of some 300 ships from Asia and Europe that gather each night 201 nautical miles off the coast, where Argentina's exclusive fishing rights end, switching on powerful lamps on their decks and scooping up prized squid.

I really think those lights are urban areas. They have a pretty good power-grid to
light it up like that.

I reckon the red bits are land, to the bottom left is Chile and the islands to the right
are the Falkland'.

I still can't see any squid boat.

Those lights are definitely creepy...
I for one have never seen anything like that before, and if those lights are trully squidboats that just goes to show how amazing life on this world is.
I mean because of our abilities the most mundane activity of fishing for squid can be visible from space. It used to be that only permanent human achievement could be seen from space like the great wall of china or the pyramids etc., we sure have come a long way as a species...
