colored moon footage with a base?

I would like to know about what this footage is showing. Is this really the moon in color? Now i am not passing judgement on it due to the nature of what i am seeing however what it looks like is the moon in color with a base being zoomed in on. Is there records of apollo footage that shows the dark side of the moon in color?

Now i know that this is an older post on youtube but i figured it is worth another look.

Thoughts?

Note : If this has been proven to be a hoax don't be rude about it just explain and provide the evidence for that conclusion. Otherwise i think it is valid for discussion.

If there is one thing I learned over the years, it's to never trust any video like this that has comments disabled. It's almost always a sign of the uploader trying to hide something. Cheers.

Yep, it's definatly earth based, thanks for the google map link. I matched it up within seconds of viewing the footage.
