I don't see where, in the article I linked, man made global warming is blamed for the Beaufort Gyre. Seems to me the article is based on facts obtained through research. Fact: the sea ice is thinner and younger. Fact: there is more freshwater runoff in the gyre than ever before recorded. The article goes on to speculate as to what may happen when a historical wind shift that is overdue occurs. Informed speculation is how science is done.

Your own personal agenda against the global warming crowd aside, this article has merit. Unlike your ad hominem attack on this thread.
