Most Egyptian Archaeologists are convinced that there are indeed more tombs to be discovered in the Valley of the Kings in Egypt.

Brilliant find, S&F.

There's one question that's been nagging at me for a long time though.

How come all of the important Egyptians have been found in the Valley of the Kings?

None found in any of the pyramids, more specifically, the Giza Complex.

The "King's Sarcophagus" was empty when the Muslims tore through the outer casing and entered the Pyramid, and there were no riches or other goods for the Pharaoh to bring with them to the afterlife found in the Pyramid.

I digress though.

Great article and great find!!

oh yes,,,there is definatly more there...much more!

BUT... i think there is much better tombs waiting to be discovered in Abydos...im talking the possibiliy of even something like a lost dynasty. the Abydos area as a whole needs to be looked at properly...

it was:
pre dynasty and old kingdom thinnite soverign bloodline burial ground........
and under egypts greatest pharaohs in the new kingdom..set1 and ramsees...they brought all the bloodline there and revamped the burial grounds and city as a whole...

so who`s booking the tickets..i got my spade......i speak arabic and im egyptian in blood....they tell me im in the A-group...i like it
