This is exactly what I referring to. The US Constitution in written so a person with an eight grade reading level is able comprehend it. I should not
need to educate an American in what the Constitution states, and the actions that violate it.
In the OP I referred to violation of search & seizure rights and the use of the Military. For those that need an education here is what the
Constitution states on just those two subjects:
Amendment 4 - Search and Seizure. Ratified 12/15/1791.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated,
and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the
persons or things to be seized.
Also I referred to Declaration of War this is what the Constitution says about the use of the Military:
Section 8 - Powers of Congress
To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;
To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;
To provide and maintain a Navy;
To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces;
To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;
To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United
States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline
prescribed by Congress;
Section 2 - Civilian Power over Military, Cabinet, Pardon Power, Appointments
The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the
actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any
subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to Grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United
States, except in Cases of Impeachment.
If you consider yourself an Oath Keeper are you in compliance?
Now the Constitution has a lot more to say about the actions of those who would consider themselves Oath Keepers, I advise that one read it, then
follow it. It would change our Nation overnight.
