Is someone I know possessed by a grey?

She seems to have developed a strange kind of energy, its almost an artificial kind of energy, and sometimes there is a strange kind of metallic smell, as if it is biologically attempting to integrate with her, like a body snatcher. Whenever I am around her, the energy seems to confuse my mind, and seems to prevent the surrounding people from trying noticing it, however, I usually have enough courage to try and challenge it, and often I detect a strange kind of "hateful" energy that is emmitted from it. I could swear that when I looked at her today, I could see the grey "eyes", like a kind of hallucination, I feel that with enough focus, I could discern its presence within her body. It seems to possess her at various times, sometimes it allows her to be herself, and at other times it takes over. It has a very systemmatic way of speaking, and it almost seems like all its words are some kind of verbal programming, like "NLP" but more advanced. Its as if a computer is in charge of her mind, also, her emotions are becoming increacingly child-like. She uses any excuse to start talking, using a variety of instances to speak, using strange kind of "key words". I caught her doing strange gesures with her hands, as if to manipulate energy or something like that. It almost appears as if the entity is using her body to harvest "energy" from the energies of the surrounding people, especially when males are around, as it seems to crave human "vitality". When eating, it also seems like it "doesn't know" how to eat, like a machine, as if she is trying to take all the energy from the food but is failing to do so. Lastly, it seems to be trying to mimic people, often speaking in sets of phrases that seem like they were taken from the conversations of other people, patched together in a strange disjointed fashion. When I caught a glimpse of her as herself, she seemed dark, the kind of energy of a depressed person - however, the being that possessed her seems to allow her to have some kind of energy, that I think she relies upon, to prevent her from falling into a depression/confusion.

I need to try and defeat it, as there seem to be other beings that follow her and also attempt to possess me, like their minds are trying to patch into mine. I get the suspicion that she can read my thoughts, and the being that possesses her seems to become confused when I clear my mind, or act in an unpredictable fashion, just a single action that is random or from the imagination, and it reacts with a strange kind of curiousity. Its hard to explain, the being seems to only feel either excitement or hatred/spite.

I assume you've talked to your friend about what you think - how does she reply? How does she feel, emotionally and physically?

If you haven't confronted her that is the first step!

Ask her about her dreams and if she's experienced any usual compulsions to do certain things that she normally wouldn't (like steal or drink alcohol (more than normal, if she's of age) or desire to hurt someone.)

I am actually really well qualified to discuss this as I'm an abductee, have dealt with demonic and many paranormal influences, and I have a Master's degree in Psychology; for the record I'm not a licensed therapist.

I have never heard of someone being possessed by a grey. Most things that could possess a person are in non-material form. Although it's possible, I've never associated greys with the high intelligence end of extra-terrestrial beings and they are definitely physical in nature, so I wouldn't expect ne to be the culprit here. If your friend truly is acting bizarre AND having odd dreams and compulsions then some action could be needed.

I'll keep an eye on this thread or PM me if you like. Ask her to tell her point of view and if anything odd happened, also if you're comfortable asking find out about any drug use and traumatic childhood experiences.

?Has there been any indications of events that may have lead up to this. Such as channelling entities or invoking particular rituals. Also try to remember not to panic.

I myself have personal experince of mind invasion from other things. At the time it felt like my face was covered with invisible cobwebs when it happend. It was a very strange sensation. I also became more feral in my behaviour, more animal like in my perceptions that I began to snarl and witnesses claim my face changed completly and I was not 'me'. I sensed another consciousness in my mind, felt its seperateness. So what I did was to push my mind against it and force it out. Be Strong when doing this. It's a matter of your Will against whatever is invading.

short answer, no. while possession in itself is not fact, being possessed by another LIVING entity like a grey, is double not fact lol.

You know, in the old days, this would have been a "demon is trying to possess my friend" story, but nowadays, aliens are the thing, so since people seem to be creating a new religion around aliens, we've started to see these "alien possession" stories more often, why do you think it is an alien, as opposed to a "demon" or "spirit" ? or do you believe they are the same thing?

Possession only happens with demons, never with Extraterrestrials.
Do as one of the others suggested and confront your friend about this, remain flexable.

Please be advised; that demonic possession can and does happen, regardless of the opinion of the uneducated. Demonic possession can be a very serious affair, however, it is also quite rare. If you decide to seek help, please do yourself a favor and do not talk to a "new age" type.

Do not attempt this; you are out of your league. You will likely become possessed yourself.

When you are around this entity do not think about what you are doing, simply do it.

I have heard of demons possessing someone but
I have not heard of greys possessing someone.

Sorry but I don't agree with this story.

If your friend is acting strangely, have her see a physician before assuming something like possesion by an alien.keep us posted.

It never ceases to amaze me how people will take the word of a "physician" (who only gets paid if you're sick by the way) over their own eyes and ears. The poor guy asked for some insight and all he gets are naysayers.

How old is she? 13 years old? What about you?

Anyways, describe her to me, physically. And where does she (and you) live at? How do you know her? How was she before this "possession"? Also, what is your/her religion, if any?

YOU need to get help before you hurt your friend either emotionally or physically. You are already refering to her as "it" and that is a very worrying state of affairs. Delusional/psychotic people find it so much easier to inflict harm on 'objects' rather than people and you are showing the first signs of this behaviour.

Imho possession is real, some people are not and some people are. Save yourself but never go at war with them, they (the spirits that do this) may or may not be organized whatever the case like another poster said you're out of your league. Such spirits may use your own power against you, you're already imagining they are aware of your thoughts which actually makes yourself visible to them. Just mind your own business and keep yourself out of trouble, look at your own post - you're already talking about challenging whatever entity is around her and defeating something which might lead to you physically attacking that person now is that you or are you already influenced? Because it's a one way to prison or the psychiatric hospital.

The only way I know of to get rid of such entities is through empowerment of the possessed individual so the only thing you can do is to have a positive attitude towards the person you know is still inside and ignore the spirit, nobody but the possessed can defeat the entity that is doing the possession. The more attention you give it the worse it will get, not as if they literally feed on it but they will see you as just another spirit that is easy to subdue and control. Already you say it is attempting to connect to you in some way, you need to convince yourself that is not possible and not challenge anything as this just makes the distance shorter and it will be easier for any spirit to connect to you. Convincing yourself may sound like makebelief but you need to create a model of what you believe is happening and then change it for yourself. That is the way the mind works, whatever you want to believe or makes sense to you is what will become real. Overtime you'll get used to being around these subtle possessed people, you will no longer feel the need to defend yourself and understand it's that kind of thinking that is their entry to your mind.

Could be anything! Don't know why you assume a Grey Alien. It could be a Spirit like was already said, or even a schizoid personality problem, neurosis, etc.

To me it has all the trademarks of amphetamine use. The energy (yes other people can pick up on that ) the metalic smell etc. I would look into rational reasons before jumping to wild conclusions.
