Thanks! Those remind me of low rolling waves at the beach. I am loving all of these pictures! I am amazed at the photography of the members here. I hope you all keep it up. Makes me want to break my camera...

This is simply one of those synchronicity that are what bring me back to ATS with all my heart.

Was JUST standing outside in the chill spring night air showing the children constellations, helping them with nighttime directions and feeling the awe inspiring love of the cosmos.

Then stopping in to check the haps here, I discover this beautiful amazing thread.

These pictures will be saved to my private ones, I do love this planet and all its splendor.

I too love to watch clouds and really like a good thunder storm, the more lightening the better

This image goes with the girl walking on the highway, it is my or our vision when we took these images what it would be like if we died..
We used the sky that day as a backdrop for our supposed god to show us the light when we died.. It was an art piece thats all.. I thought it would be interesting to capture something so interestinly dark and sorta religious at the same time.

Anyway these are my best of I suppose.. I have a few moon shots but you seen 1 you seen them all.. Anyway thanks for enjoying these images.. Its something I like to do.. I would like to get an awesome camera and take images of the night sky with the stars and such I think that would be awesome..

Now this is just a thought, JUST A THOUGHT MIND! and I certainly do not want all the admiring onlookers to have their bublle burst, but me being of suspicious mind would say some ...and I say SOME of these my be the result of H.A.A.R.P activity in the area, and maybe, just MAYBE chem trail activity. also a lot can be disguised behind cloud formations so it could be Operation Blue Beam gearing up for our big Sky Show soon complete with audio!!:

Interesting, beautiful pic... especially with the explanation behind it. I can see the duality in it. It reminds me of a movie I once saw (can't recall the name) where the main character went into another dimension/plane, and there the silence was deafening as he stood utterly alone among the dark clouds. Eerily majestic in a way.

All are beautiful. However, the one with the suns rays breaking through is breathtaking. I love to see those images as it makes me think of heaven being just above and that light shining through. That may sound sily to some, but there it is.

I love the bright flaming sunsets too. I used to have a ton of fiery sunsets over the mountains on my storage card in my phone until it became corrupted. Now they are long gone unfortunately. When colors of lavender, pink, and orange come together as the sun goes down it is hard not to feel small under the watercolored sky.

Thanks for sharing them. You should invest in that camera equipment you want as soon as it is possible for you. You have an eye IMO , to take pictures with feeling and meaning behind them. (if that makes any sense) By sharing these you made this thread a lot better. For that I thank you.

Thanks I am glad you like them. I always take images of the sky where the sun is coming through the clouds.. Someone told me they believe that is where heaven is.. So i show them that as much as possible.. They enjoy it.

I was working and saw this and thought it would be cool to take pics of.. I almost got fired because i couldnt get a good image and it went over my 30 minute break.. It took me roughly 48 minutes to get a nice shot of this sunset that day..
