TOKYO - Japan's top science council voted Friday to adopt policy recommendations that would permit the limited cloning of human embryos for
scientific research, an official said.
I'm gla dthey are pursuing this. The research gained from such a project could cure many diseases and help us in many ways. I just wish the U.S. had
the intestinal fortitude to join in.
As long as they stick to only cloning organs, and not full humans, I'm in. But I just get the feeling that a few years from now we're going to be
growing our own slaves. Haven't these guys ever read Frankenstein?
I mean, sure, this could advance medical science lightyears, but think of the ethical implications.
