i dont think its a sombody in a costume .. look at the start of the video
this creature have a tale and its very fast

the head movement is very odd when he peek a boo at the camera

so far it look like the creature from SPLICE in baby mode

If you upload the original file from LL and open up it's properties you will see( LiveLeak-dot-com-fe0a605ae8da-april_fool_gag_by_united_utili) in the file name.
Also it helps to look at the comments on LL for more information that galvanizes this as a prank.
Put it all together and you get a April fools joke ripe for ATS'ers.

Probably CG, if not, a monkey. You can tell it's a monkey, by the stature and speed, along with te tail

In the last bit, it looked curious enough in that it would have come closer had the camera not moved any.

But yeah, I think it's fake too.
