Berger objected 4 times to killing Bin Laden when there was a window of opportunity. Could this be what he was trying to hide? For a national security
advisor he sure didn't do a very good job at advising. First letting Bin Laden get away 4 times than going clepto at the national classified
archives, I think this guy needs to be locked up at the very least for stupidly.

Mr. Berger's "hand-written notes on the meeting paper," the report says, showed that Mr. Berger was worried about injuring or killing civilians
located near the camp.
Additionally, "If [bin Laden] responds" to the attack, "we're blamed," Mr. Berger wrote.

This is what we get for being a passive America when it came to threats. Not that I think how we've gone about alienating the world is correct but
being totally passive obviously isn't the way either. There has to be some happy medium.
