Infrared vs Full Spectrum

I am looking at buying a new camera for ghost investigations. I own two cameras that are capable of infrared. I was wondering if there is a huge advantage in buying a full spectrum camera? I have never used one but I know that some swear by them compared to infrared.

Brilliant consideration here man... I say use what you have and more... high speed cams and 3d cams as well.... This could be an excellent Research Forum Project.. or "another thread" in whatever forum... regarding equipment, tools, the whole rundown on such work.

What if "other" or any phenomena needs be captured? You can find more then "ghosts" maybe? What's the best for UFOs, Orbs or Lights etc etc... phenomena....

I've not found the Research Forum quick on the uptake or ease of such a project... But I definitely think you can make another thread that can serve the purpose? To suss out all the various tools, equipment etc... Brilliant...

Wait I said all that already... grrrrrrr
